Volunteers are the Heart and Soul of any Charity Event!

Not only does volunteering help your community, it can also help you improve your health, make important networking contacts, and feel good about yourself. And charity events – like the Sea Girt 5K – could not take place without the help of dedicated volunteers.

Check out the following volunteer opportunities at this year's Sea Girt 5K:

• Registration Booths: Help register participants in the Sea Girt 5K race and hand out T-shirts.
• Finish Line: Help track the runners' time as they cross the finish line. Fast-paced and fun!
• Kids' Activities: Help supervise children involved in Kids' Fun Run & Activities.
• Water Stops: Help refresh runners by handing out cold water and sports drinks. You'll be at the hottest – or coolest – spot in the race—besides the finish line!
