This year marks the 21st edition of a Jersey Shore tradition! Walk, Run or cheer on along our scenic, flat race course in beautiful Sea Girt, NJ. Our race attracts nearly 2500 participants each year because of our tremendous community spirit, live music, great T-shirts, activities and awesome after-party. Register today!

This year Kids Rule at the Sea Girt 5K! We’ll be honoring our greatest natural resource, our children, by supporting charities that assist kids, especially those facing life-threatening illness or other disabilities. A special donation will be made to Camp Sunshine, which provides respite, support, joy and hope to children with life-threatening illnesses and their immediate families. The Sea Girt 5K race is ideal for every runner or walker—from the seasoned athlete to the eager newcomer. Taking place along a flat and beautiful scenic route throughout one of the most picturesque towns along the Jersey Shore, this event gets bigger and better each year.
