This year marks the 20th Anniversary of a Sea Girt tradition and we dedicate this year’s race to the men and women who serve or have served our country as members of the US Military. We will have special commemorations prior to the race to show our gratitude for their tireless efforts to protect our freedoms. We will offer free entry to all Active Duty Military & National Guard/Reserve Personnel (Must pre-register and mail copy of valid Military ID with registration form). Come out and show your support by running this year's Sea Girt 5K!

The Sea Girt 5K race is ideal for every runner or walker—from the seasoned athlete to the eager newcomer. Taking place along a flat and beautiful scenic route throughout one of the most picturesque towns along the Jersey Shore, this event gets bigger and better each year.
