This year marks the 22nd edition of a Jersey Shore tradition! Walk, Run or cheer on along our scenic, flat race course in beautiful Sea Girt, NJ. Our race attracts nearly 2500 participants each year because of our tremendous community spirit, live music, great T-shirts, activities and awesome after-party. Register today!

This year we will be supporting efforts to help Restore the Shore in the wake of Superstorm Sandy. Many of our relatives, neighbors and friends along the Jersey Shore were severely impacted by the worst storm to hit our area. We will be donating a portion of the Sea Girt 5K proceeds to local Sandy relief projects including the Manasquan Organization of Volunteer Efforts (M.O.V.E.). This non-profit group is a collaboration of local area churches, schools, community organizations and towns including Avon, Belmar, Spring Lake, Sea Girt, Manasquan and Brielle to rebuild our community. The Sea Girt 5K race is ideal for every runner or walker—from the seasoned athlete to the eager newcomer. Taking place along a flat and beautiful scenic route throughout one of the most picturesque towns along the Jersey Shore, this event gets bigger and better each year.
